Dont know what happened

Okay so i downloaded this app something around two months ago. I listened to it, and it was okay, even if the MNOOOW sound was kind of creepy. I wanted to hear it again today, but the app just doesnt "open" anymore! Ive tryed to re-dowload it, but it still doesnt work... Hate this situation.
